"I'm writing this comment with 5+ years sales and customer service experienced person. I used to work with this agency when I moved to USA. First of all, it was nice. I insured my car 1 year. When I switched to a new car, this agency not able to provide me quote with PDF and just provided me very old style price quote. It was 300$+ per month. That paper only tell me how much I need to pay, without any info! That was so ridiculous. We live in 2025 and you email me with white pdf and says "300$ per month". I thought this sales person didn't want to work because her effort doesn't make sense to me. No follow up, no reply emails. If you want to get new customer or keep current customer you should provide your best service everytime to everyone. Ofc, I changed my company and that time I paid 210$ for exactly same features instead of 300$. Despite discontinuing my policy, I received unsolicited holiday cards, suggesting an attempt to maintain client relations. Now, I contacted again to ask them their quote for my new car. Another sales person not able to provide best service. Very poor communication, no-reply emails. Even she doesn't know how to reply proper email to customer, and no follow up. I wish you can find more capable sales person in the future. Never gonna use this agency in the future (probably State Farm too)."
